This position is ideal for an experienced defense litigator who enjoys hands-on case work without excessive volume. You will take ownership of trucking, auto, and premises liability cases, collaborating with a supportive team and clients who value strategic, efficient representation.
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum of 8 years of insurance defense experience
• Strong background in trucking, auto, or premises liability matters
• Active Texas Bar license (required)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Reliable, independent professional who thrives in a remote or flexible setup
