As an IT Project Manager in our USConnect Operations department, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our technological advancements forward. You'll collaborate with our talented team to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our corporate customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long- and short-term project plans, including setting realistic milestones and deadlines
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members, ensuring the right people are working on the right projects
- Make informed decisions that drive project progress and resolve potential roadblocks
- Serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with project goals
- Communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with company objectives
- Perform quality control checks throughout the development process to maintain high standards
- Adjust project schedules and targets as needed in response to changing requirements or financing
- Collaborate with external development teams to drive solution development and system integration
- Manage day-to-day project activities in coordination with our lead Project Manager
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in project management, business acumen, and technical expertise. We're looking for candidates with:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service focus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and inform stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
