About the Role
As a Remote Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of Hyatt, providing personalized support to our guests throughout the inbound reservation process. Training and Schedule
Hyatt offers comprehensive training for this role, commencing on November 6th. The training will be conducted remotely from your home, requiring 100% attendance for five weeks. The training schedule is from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Upon completing training, you will be required to work one of the following full-time schedules:
- Choose any hours between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm CST, with a minimum of 4 hours between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm CST on specific required days.
- Work a maximum of 10 hours per day, with two days off per week.
- Split shifts are allowed, providing flexibility to accommodate your needs.
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To work effectively from home, you will need to provide the following equipment and services:
- High-speed internet service (DSL, Cable, or Fiber-Optic).
- A USB wired keyboard and mouse.
- A surge protector.
- A cable/DSL modem and a router with Ethernet ports.
- Multi-factor authentication capability, such as a dedicated landline, cell phone, or smartphone/tablet with the Microsoft Authenticator application.
