Job Summary:

As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and addressing any needs or requests they may have during their stay. You will be empowered to take initiative and make decisions that enhance the guest experience, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your duties will include processing operational needs, completing reports, and sharing your knowledge of the local area to help our guests make the most of their stay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local area and make recommendations to guests
• Complete reports and perform administrative tasks as required
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• No prior experience required, but a passion for hospitality and customer service is essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
