Job Summary: As a Food Delivery Ambassador, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their food orders promptly and in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, being polite, professional, and courteous at all times
• Operating and navigating delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
• Adhering to company grooming and dress code standards
• Following traffic rules and regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Reporting incidents or accidents to supervisors promptly
• Assisting with loading and unloading food orders as needed
• Collaborating with restaurant staff to ensure smooth order processing
• Keeping records of deliveries made and payments received
