As a key member of our Prescription Records team, you will play a vital role in managing incoming customer inquiries, processing requests, and ensuring the accuracy of sensitive information. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST, and requires working 2 days a week in our Cumberland, RI office.

Job Summary:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email in a fast-paced contact center environment
- Process requests for patient and prescriber prescription records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when working with sensitive information, including Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide support, and drive success
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week in the Cumberland, RI office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working with sensitive information, HIPAA, or in a related field
- Customer service, patient prescription records, or legal/paralegal experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent certificate
