As a Client Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary contact for internal and external fundraising inquiries, providing timely and effective support
- Delivering outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation for all donors
- Collaborating with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging donor communications
- Assisting with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution
- Maintaining and updating the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed
- Supporting the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines
- Staying up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends, and incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts
