We're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Client Insights Manager to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you'll play a vital role in expanding our collaborative and customer-focused approach, increasing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through net new Annual Contract Value (ACV) and enhancing the Renewal Rate of our existing customer base.
About the Role:
As a Client Insights Manager, you'll be responsible for presenting customized insights to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating tailored deliverables, analyzing data, and developing executive-level presentations. You'll also act as an expert in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more, innovating new ways to address customer needs through professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation and delivery of customized insights to customers, both in-person and virtually
- Collaboration with sales, data analysts, engineers, and customer success teams to meet the needs of our professional services clients
- Creation of tailored deliverables based on customer requirements and business goals
- Data analysis and development of executive-level presentations for live customer engagements
- Expertise in Amazon Growth, Amazon Advertising, Market Intelligence, and more
- Innovation of new ways to address customer needs through professional services
Technical Requirements:
- Technical expertise with APIs, Data Cloud, Snowflake, and related technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, PowerBI, and other tools as needed
