Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects (DSAs). DSAs lead the post-sales technical strategy for our largest Enterprise customers, focusing on ensuring use cases go into production as quickly and smoothly as possible. This requires resource orchestration skills and a solid understanding of Databricks technology and the Data+AI ecosystem.
As a DSA Manager, you will shape and monitor the post-sales execution strategy for the customers in your region, in close collaboration with our sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams, as well as partners. You will be responsible for the DSA team in the AMER Enterprise Manufacturing region and report to the DSA leader in the AMER region.
You will make investment decisions in collaboration with your region's sales and pre-sales managers. You will also help shape and adjust the DSA role's value proposition for your region and promote it to sales teams and customers.
You will be the technical sponsor and thought leader for a select number of customers. You will hire and coach your team (of Delivery Solution Architects) to prioritize and work with different customer stakeholders up to C-level executives, with the goal of driving usage growth by getting use cases into production faster.
You and your team will contribute to the creation of assets to build the Delivery Solution Architecture practice and improve effectiveness and consistency in working with customers.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
