Digital Advertising Campaign Manager Job Description MoreVisibility is seeking a passionate and experienced digital marketer to join our growing Digital Advertising department. This role will manage the digital advertising efforts on behalf of a set of our clients across areas such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, programmatic, remarketing, social advertising, ABM, and more. Develop digital media strategy deliverables for clients, to include channel research, budget planning, testing, and expansion ideas. Manage client digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital channels). Create and present performance reports and campaign analysis, plus provide support for pitches or presentations when needed. Report on performance, results, and campaign challenges, along with new ideas or emerging trends. Leverage web analytics data (such as conversions and ROI) to recommend campaign changes resulting in improved performance. Interest in regularly following digital media trends, as well as staying on top of new digital advertising tactics or channels. Ongoing analysis and campaign optimization. Digital Advertising Campaign Manager Job Requirements “Best Practices” knowledge of search engine/digital marketing strategies, tactics, and guidelines. Certifications a plus! Several years of experience running ads within CPC advertising networks. Ability to select relevant keywords, choose appropriate tactics, write compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns to meet established ROI goals and conversion metrics. Ability to analyze advertising data and to tell a story about performance. Working knowledge of Google Analytics needed. (Certification a plus!) Extreme attention to detail and ability to successfully multi-task is a must. MS OFFICE skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical thinker and problem solver, able to come up with solutions. Works well under pressure and deadlines. Independent worker; self-motivated. Comfortable managing a monthly advertising budget across several platforms. Compensation & Location This is a permanent, full-time position. Our office is in Boca Raton, FL. We prefer local candidates who are willing to work within a hybrid model – remote and in-office, although we will consider a fully remote position, including those living outside of South Florida.
