Loan Factory is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers and mortgage teams nationwide.
Whether you already have a strong referral network or are looking to grow with the support of company-provided leads, marketing, and an integrated mortgage platform, this is an opportunity to increase production and operate more efficiently on a scalable national brokerage platform.

Responsibilities
• Manage the mortgage loan process from application through closing
• Advise borrowers on mortgage options and structure appropriate loan solutions
• Review financial information, credit, and documentation to determine eligibility
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and other business channels
• Generate new business through personal production, referrals, and company lead opportunities
• Stay current on mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration required
• Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Minimum 12 closed loans in the past 12 months
• Experience in mortgage brokerage and debt consolidation preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, borrower qualification, and financial analysis
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Familiarity with mortgage technology platforms, CRM systems, and compliance standards
