Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and implementing instructional activities for students with special needs
- Provide individualized support to students, including academic, social, and emotional guidance
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including student progress and behavior
Requirements:
- Educator License with Stipulations for Paraprofessional - ELS (PARA), or Substitute (SUB) certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work positively with adults and high school age students
- Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
