• Identify specific document types that require special handling and ensure they are processed accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed within designated turnaround times and support additional workflows as needed.
• Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements
