**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and requirements

**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and results-driven performance
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Show a strong ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
* Gaming experience is preferred, although not required
