Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fundamental knowledge of information security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and methods (preferred).
- Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (preferred).
- Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) (preferred).
- Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (preferred).
- Major comprehension of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels within the organization.
- Fundamental knowledge of technical environments.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (preferred).
- Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity (preferred).
- Capacity to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
- Previous analyst entry-level position experience within the last year (preferred).
- Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition (preferred).
