The Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Part Time Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: Track project milestones and deadlines, ensure tasks are completed on schedule, and monitor progress to adjust timelines as necessary.
- Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings for project teams, stakeholders, and clients; prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and update project-related calendars for team members and stakeholders, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and adjusting timelines or appointments as needed.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for project-related inquiries, communicate important project updates, deadlines, and schedules to relevant parties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, meeting notes, reports, and action items; prepare and update status reports to share with project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Essential and Preferred
To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Reside in an active HUBZone (check your HUBZone status here).
- Have three or more years of experience in project coordination, with a proven track record of success in a corporate setting.
- Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with excellent organizational, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, with a minimum of one year of experience.
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, with experience working on large, complex projects and handling proprietary and confidential information.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients, with proven success in working with all levels of management.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Security Clearance and Work Environment
