Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum qualification of HSC (12th Pass) or a graduate degree.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and navigation.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

While not mandatory, having prior experience in customer support or a related field will be an added advantage. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow are also encouraged to apply.
