Job Summary
As a Part-Time Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and sales development activities. You will work on a part-time basis, with flexible hours, and will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing accounts, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calls: Make 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process, utilizing tools such as CRM platforms and LinkedIn.

- Target Achievement: Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through lead generation activities, and continuously track progress against goals.
- Prospecting & Research: Engage in continuous prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms, to identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of leads.
- Email & Social Media Management: Utilize email and social media platforms to schedule meetings with qualified prospects, and build relationships with clients.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reporting on sales performance, and track progress against goals and targets.
