Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce final products
• Inspect parts as needed to ensure product quality
• Perform standard work and use process control methods to complete the manufacturing process
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
• Read and interpret process documents, follow detailed procedures, and maintain applicable records
• Assist in training new associates on standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers, and inspection
• Communicate cell production issues to the Production Team Leader and/or other team members
• Interface with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to deliver products that meet customer expectations
• Willingness to work in various capacities, including molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous industrial assembly background preferred but not required
• Verifiable and solid work history required
• Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus
