Job Summary
This role serves as a Program Management Supervisor I, responsible for managing day-to-day operations across North American DC, RDC, and FSL operations. The successful candidate will maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring operational execution of business requirements, resolving customer issues, identifying areas for improvement, and driving value-added services. This position requires collaboration with UPS operations management, cross-functional teams, and senior staff members to ensure seamless customer experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring operational execution of business requirements, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Program Management: Oversee SLA/KPI, volume, spend reporting, and performance monitoring, as well as implement and track cost/service improvements.
- Contract Management: Manage contractual agreements, including renewals, RFPs, and negotiations, to drive commercial growth and ensure compliance.
- Customer Business Reviews: Plan, prepare, and conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Special Projects: Manage customer special projects, including billing, cost estimates, project plans, and communication with Area Managers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather data, organize, and create reports to support business decisions, including SLA reporting and business reviews.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and track results to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with UPS operations management, cross-functional teams, and senior staff members to ensure seamless customer experience and business growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations management, or a related field, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Certifications: Certification in program management, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
