It is to this end that CompassMSP is looking to expand our Project Coordination team, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver.  As a Project Coordinator at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the successful delivery of technical projects to our clients.  Job requirements - 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role – preferred  - Strong communication skills both written and verbal  - Strong collaboration and customer service skills   - Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers  - Self-directed and focused   - Strong multitasking and time management skills   - Ability to work with remote teams  - Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)  - Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere  Job responsibilities You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates and clients. Navigate Expectations: Assist in managing client expectations, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the project journey. Stay Connected: Provide regular updates to CompassMSP management, keeping everyone in the loop on project progress.
