Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team in the Cincinnati area. As a Psychiatrist with LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, offering the perfect balance of work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults and/or lifespan populations, utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in telemedicine and in-person sessions, as needed, to provide flexible and accessible care to patients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, guidelines, and best practices in psychiatry, and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical team, through mentorship, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Full licensure as a Psychiatrist in the state of Ohio, with an unencumbered DEA.
- Board certification or true board eligibility.
- Experience in treating adults or lifespan populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telemedicine and electronic health records.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
