Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound
- Execute daily outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
- Consistently meet and exceed activity targets to generate new qualified meetings
- Build targeted prospect lists and identify high-potential accounts in the live events ecosystem
- Leverage modern AI tools to scale intelligent outreach
- Use AI-driven tools to research prospects, personalize messaging, and optimize outreach sequences
- Continuously experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and response rates
- Bring new ideas and best practices to the team as outbound technology evolves
- Qualify and convert interest into meetings
- Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to understand their current marketing stack and challenges
- Identify opportunities where Hive’s platform can drive measurable impact
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Operate with ownership and autonomy
- Manage your own pipeline generation strategy and activity rhythm
- Track outreach and performance metrics with discipline in CRM
