In this role, you will investigate complex title matters, solve problems, and facilitate real estate transactions by reviewing title reports and coordinating with various stakeholders to clear title conditions.
Responsibilities
- Review title reports, identify defects, and drive the resolution process from start to finish
- Work directly with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients to obtain documentation, clear title conditions, and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain clear, accurate records of curative activity and communicate updates to all parties involved
