Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from members and providers, addressing questions and concerns regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and more

- Utilize rapid internet connectivity with secure access through an ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed)
- Participate in comprehensive training and utilize provided equipment to perform job duties
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members and providers
- Strong performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality objectives
- Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
