Sr. Architectural Design Program Manager - Chewy Vet Care

As a Sr. Architectural Design Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the design and construction of our Chewy Vet Care clinics, creating exceptional physical experiences for pets, pet parents, and veterinary teams. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from our Bellevue, WA office and remotely, providing a perfect balance between collaboration and autonomy.

As a seasoned program manager, you will leverage your expertise to partner with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and third-party partners, to establish systems and mechanisms that ensure seamless project execution. Your ability to develop tools, manage change, and anticipate future business needs will be essential in delivering solutions that meet our evolving goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate the performance of third-party partners and vendors to ensure compliance with contracted standards and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with real estate teams to schedule critical-path activities and facilitate schedule alignment across stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee design change management processes for existing and new Chewy Vet Care locations.
• Nurture relationships with stakeholder teams to maximize design contributions and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Concepts and Product teams to outline strategic initiatives and make recommendations on roadmap development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in architecture or construction program management or a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and communicate industry terminology.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Asana, and Procore.
• Experience in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project management credential (PMP or similar) preferred.
