They are seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to lead the creation and growth of their Consultant Partner Program, focusing on building relationships, driving revenue, and enhancing partner success.
Responsibilities
• Support the official creation and expansion of Smokeball's consultant partner program by identifying prospective partners and negotiating and signing new partner agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultant partners to drive shared revenue and client success. Act as the primary point of contact for partners to manage expectations, performance check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth
• Work closely with Sales to operationalize partner referral hand-offs and pipeline generation, assisting with consultant intros and demos
• Assist in the rollout and ongoing refinement of Smokeball’s Consultant Partner Program, designing operational processes and materials for partner onboarding, performance tracking, and reporting
• Ensure partners have the tools and knowledge to be successful influencers of Smokeball’s solutions by: Developing enablement assets, playbooks, and materials to help partners promote and position Smokeball products effectively, Deliver live demos, product update announcements and training sessions to partners
• Establish, and track against, partner targets for referral quality, program participation, and revenue contribution to drive ROI for the program and achieve KPIs
• Lead co-marketing activities with partners including webinars, case studies, events, and more, working collaboratively with the marketing team to prepare campaigns and design assets
Skills
• 3–5+ years in Legal Tech or SaaS partnerships, channel programs, business development, or strategic alliances and/or working as a consultant advising law firms on technology
• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable driving evolving initiatives
• Experience working with sales, product support teams, and partner ecosystems to generate pipeline and revenue
• Strong communication skills, capable of leading presentations, negotiating agreements, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with and utilizing partner managements software tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Ability to design partner-facing content, marketing promotional materials, and training materials
• Legal industry, legal tech, or consulting industry experience is a big plus
• Up to 25% of travel expected
