Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, building trust and rapport with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
- Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to turn conversations into leads and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing best practices and insights to continuously improve our services
Requirements:
- Reside within the state of Oklahoma
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting our technical requirements (8 GB of RAM, 64bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core i3 equivalent or higher)
- Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, with a reliable internet connection
- Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (40+ WPM preferred)
- Gaming experience is a plus, but not required
