Key Responsibilities
As a Remote In-House Bookkeeper at Special Strong, you'll be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including:
- Financial Record Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Record journal entries and reconcile bank, credit card, and other accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Process invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconciliations:

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
