Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking passionate and friendly individuals to join their team as Inbound Sales Agents. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with information and converting inquiries into bookings for junk removal services.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide a world-class experience for our customers
- Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
- Answer customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and service areas to convert inquiries to bookings
- Complete 3 weeks of fully paid, remote training to set you up for success
Skills
- You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in Nova Scotia
- Training availability for the first 3 weeks to work between 11:00 AM and 7.30 PM, Monday-Friday AST
- A very friendly telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
- A quiet space at home, a quick & reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with a minimum 8GB of memory
- A wired connection using an Ethernet cable is required
- Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
