Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough follow-up with insurance companies to resolve claim status and payment issues in a timely and professional manner
- Review patient accounts to identify potential insurance benefit eligibility and ensure accurate billing
- Access client systems to determine insurance eligibility and filing status, preparing claims for billing
- Request necessary documents from clients to facilitate insurance billing
- Accurately track payments and payment verifications, ensuring seamless documentation and updates in all required systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience preferred
- Previous insurance/medical billing/customer service experience highly desirable

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
