Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Proposal Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and editing proposal content, ensuring compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and support the content management lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit proposal content for compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive quality initiatives and support the content management lifecycle
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Aetna Medicaid products and services
- Support the development of style guides, quality business reports, and internal metrics for performance
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a quality analyst or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to review proposal materials that adhere to the Aetna Medicaid Proposal Style Guide
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for the Medicaid industry and content development
- APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification (desired)
- Six Sigma certification (desired)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and levels
