CVS Health is seeking a talented and driven Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our digital transformation, you will develop and drive key initiatives to improve the customer and employee experience. We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in backend technology stacks and building APIs.
In this technology-focused role, you will deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile practices, with a proven track record of delivering technology insights to fast-paced organizations. You will build strong relationships with peers, friends, and business partners, and contribute to the development of digital solutions using big data, optimization technologies, and cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive key initiatives for CVS Health using backend technology stacks and building APIs
- Deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile practices
- Build strong relationships with peers, friends, and business partners
- Contribute to the development of digital solutions using big data, optimization technologies, and cloud applications
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of Agile development experience required, Safe Agile preferred
- Hands-on experience building traditional cloud applications for GCP
- Experience in developing digital solutions using big data
- Knowledge of optimization technologies to improve performance, scalability, and usability
- Good understanding of ADA and other regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, PHI)
- Solid experience in application development as a developer, artist, or director
- CI/CD pipeline, GIT, Stash, Bit Bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc.
Great Communication Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain effective teams and business relationships
- Mentor and train staff, and coordinate staff development and training programs
- Working understanding of business security
- Experienced in web security and application performance
