Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled virtual appointments with prospective clients
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Complete applications accurately and in compliance with carrier requirements
- Follow up with clients as needed and maintain organized records
- Participate in training and development to improve product knowledge and sales performance
Skills
- Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (guidance provided)
- Professional communication and strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, self-motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable learning new systems and following a structured process
- A genuine desire to help clients with financial protection and planning
