[Remote] Technical Integration Engineer

The Technical Integration Engineer will collaborate with customer IT partners to design and implement data integrations between EHR and ERP systems and the Casechek platform, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows. Responsibilities • Work with customer IT teams to design and implement integrations from EHR and ERP systems • Build, customize, and maintain integrations using Qvera, including JavaScript-based logic and transformations • Develop and maintain JavaScript code for data parsing, validation, transformation, and routing • Configure and support HL7, flat file, and API-based data feeds • Test integrations end-to-end and validate data accuracy and completeness • Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams during implementations • Document integration designs, mappings, and customer-specific configurations • Support ongoing enhancements and changes to live customer integrations Skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline • 1–3 years of experience in integration engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role • Proficiency in JavaScript, including writing and maintaining production code • Experience working with integration engines such as Qvera, Mirth, Rhapsody, or similar • Exposure to healthcare system integrations, including EHRs and HL7 messaging • Experience working directly with customer IT teams in a client-facing environment • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable managing multiple integrations in parallel • Experience with ERP or financial system integrations • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CCD/C-CDA, FHIR) • Experience supporting production integrations in a healthcare environment Benefits • Opportunity for Long-Term Incentives (LTI) – Be part of our success with equity or long-term incentive plans that grow with the company. • 401(k) Match – Invest in your future with our generous matching program to help you build long-term financial security. • Work-from-Home Flexibility – Enjoy the freedom to work where you're most productive with a supportive hybrid (Chicago) or remote setup (National). • Flexible Time Off (Unlimited PTO) – Recharge and focus on what matters most with unlimited paid time off tailored to your needs. • Parental Leave – Take time to bond and care for your growing family with fully paid parental leave options. • Comprehensive Medical and Dental Benefits – Prioritize your health and well-being with premium plans for you and your family. • Brand-New Pro-Level Laptop – Equipped with top-tier tools and technology to set you up for success from day one. • Annual Education Budget – Expand your skills and knowledge with dedicated funding for courses, certifications, and learning resources.
