minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for anyone interested in applying to work in one of the following departments: Art, Crafts, Custom Frames, Fabrics, Floral, or Hobbies. Potential candidates should also be aware that flexibility is key, as the job will require working some nights and weekends
The candidate must demonstrate a high level of maturity and possess self-motivation.
While it would be advantageous to have prior experience in the craft or hobby field, it is not mandatory.
