We are now hiring an SDR to join The Scalers team. This is a very important role, where you will be on the front lines of our go-to-market efforts into Europe, to successfully generate new qualified leads & opportunities for the European BDM team. Reporting directly to the SDR Manager, this role can be based in either the Netherlands, Sweden or Germany. Fluency in the local language, as well as English, is a must-have.
Key Responsibilities:Â
Understand The Scalers unique value proposition and be able to articulate this in a way that piques curiosity
High-level understanding of pricing and customer use cases to be able to provide an engaging introduction
Follow up on inbound marketing leads with the aim of converting these to qualified leads and booked meetings
Manage responses and follow up outbound email campaigns with the aim of qualifying leads using SPICED methodology and booking qualified meetings
Identify best practices for refining the companyâs SDR and lead-generation playbooks
Utilise our sales tech stack, including Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, and Apollo to generate leads
Nurture your existing pipeline to generate new opportunities
Work with marketing and internal research teams to build a list of target accounts and contacts across our key target regions in The Nordics, The Netherlands, and DACH to build multi-touch outbound campaigns to engage prospectsÂ
Identify decision-makers within our target companies and find warm talking points to be able to introduce our solution to meet a potential need
Structure your daily activities and be accountable for all follow-up actionsÂ
Maintain CRM and Database accuracy. Log all activities and actions, and stay on top of your pipeline deliverables
Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Build a network with tech leaders across mid-large companies across your local market and Western Europe (CTO / CIO / SVP Engineering / Head of Digital / Director of Transformation / Head of Software Development)
Keep up-to-date with trends in your territory and within the tech, DevOps, and software product space
Work in collaboration with Marketing and Research teams to improve lead generation processes
Work collaboratively across the sales team, ensuring best practices are shared with othersÂ
Maintain a high standard to CRM and Database accuracyÂ
Ensure monthly KPIs are met, and opportunity generation goals are achieved
Youâre a good fit if you:Â
Have min. 1 year of outbound BDR / SDR experience, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must have strong oral and written English skills)
Have good working knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator and other lead-generation / prospecting tools
Are motivated, with a self-starter attitude, and are hungry to succeed in sales
Are flexible and adaptable to change
Highly desirable:
A good understanding of the technology landscape or experience in the outsourcing / offshoring industry would be advantageous
