As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings with Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts using a multichannel approach (cold calling, email, social, and networking)
- Research and map accounts to identify key stakeholders, business needs, and buying signals
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of Risk Cloud, the GRC market, and our competitive landscape through continuous learning and collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes as we scale
