Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager at Moveworks, you’ll empower our Sales organization with the data, analytics, and automation needed to scale a fast-growing AI company and accelerate sales velocity.

You’ll strengthen our go-to-market engine by streamlining processes, improving data quality, and equipping reps with the tooling they need to execute. In this role, you’ll help drive excellence across sales processes, Salesforce and adjacent tools, GTM analytics and reporting, and the quote-to-cash process.

This work is foundational to our GTM field teams and provides the opportunity to exercise influence across analytics, operations, systems administration, project management, and sales support.

As an individual contributor, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, Legal, and GTM Systems, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.

Compensation Range: $133,356 - $185,000

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
