About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop strategy for the use of assessments for employee development across the global enterprise.
• Work with Generative AI skills vendors and analytics teams to innovate and build assessment solutions.
• Partner with other Talent centers of excellence to design and implement assessments and leadership tools.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional projects to identify developmental assessment needs.
• Conduct benchmarking and reviews of existing assessments for development research literature.
• Manage teams of niche professionals with expertise in psychometric assessment and coaching.
• Identify and partner with best-in-class assessments for development vendors.
• Develop implementation guidelines, processes, communications, and training for assessment tools.
• Conduct success measurement and program evaluation studies to demonstrate ROI for strategies and tools.
• Serve as an expert resource for assessment considerations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
• Six or more years of relevant experience in workplace assessments and global learning and development strategy.
• Experience applying assessment practices to talent management or training.
• Experience in leadership modeling and leadership assessments.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Nice-to-haves
• Ph.D. or Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Consulting experience in selection and assessment.
• Experience with validation practices and project management of large-scale learning and development projects.
• Experience leading a team and coaching employees.
• Exposure to AI/Machine learning skills vendors and technologies.
• Experience with professional standards in employment testing and measurement.
