Conduct in-depth analysis of labor market trends and workforce data to inform strategic decision making. Develop and maintain models to forecast labor needs and costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to workforce and labor economics. Identify and track industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement. Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on workforce strategy and labor economics. Conduct research and analysis on potential impact of external factors on labor market and workforce trends. Lead projects and initiatives related to labor economics and workforce strategy. Mentor and coach junior analysts on the team. Stay updated on relevant labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance. Continuously improve and refine analytical processes and methodologies. Collaborate with HR and operations teams to develop and implement workforce policies and procedures. Act as a subject matter expert on labor economics and workforce strategy within the company.
