Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Analyst to join our remote team. As a Senior Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing claims processing operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving process improvements. If you have a strong background in healthcare claims adjustment and adjudication, excellent technical skills in MS Excel, and a proven track record of meeting productivity and quality targets, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Claims Adjudication and Adjustment: Review and scrutinize claims, process claims into our computer system according to established guidelines, and determine accurate claims payment or denial.
- Claims Processing: Process claims in a timely manner, meeting required turnaround times, and correct errors or omissions on claims.
- Quality and Productivity: Maintain high levels of quality and productivity, meeting or exceeding assigned targets and adhering to service level agreements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
