Job Overview

The Senior Director of Mammography Workflow Solutions and Digital Transformation will play a critical role in driving the development and commercialization of our mammography solutions, including digital and workflow features that improve performance, cost, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management for our current mammography digital and workflow solutions, including data management systems and viewing applications, and develop and refine go-to-market strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Create a cross-functional roadmap that defines features and technical specifications for our digital and workflow solutions, addressing significant challenges in the patient, technologist, and radiologist experience for breast cancer screening and diagnosis.
• Deliver new product introductions that improve clinical workflow, global market share, contribution margin, and product quality, and collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to define requirements, manage project execution, and iterate on new features and products post-launch.
• Develop strategic partnerships to co-develop and/or co-commercialize digital/workflow assets synergistic to the mammography workflow strategy, and lead the operational execution of these partnerships.
• Own financial performance of the product portfolio, achieving revenue and EBIT goals, and ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and the commercial change process.
• Develop and motivate others on strategies and operating mechanisms to deliver business results, and work with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen our brand messaging.
• Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with high-quality and scalable end-to-end operations, iterating quickly, testing new ideas, and analyzing results.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field, with a minimum of 10+ years of multi-functional experience in product management, business development, sales, marketing, or clinical roles.
• A background in healthcare IT and/or SaaS and/or imaging, with demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $163,200.00-$244,800.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
