About the Role: Senior Analyst, E-Commerce Analytics
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, E-Commerce Analytics to join our team on a part-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be instrumental in driving our e-commerce strategy forward by providing actionable insights and analysis that inform key business decisions. Your expertise will help us optimize our digital products, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth across e-commerce, acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and other data visualizations to inform product organization decisions.
- Leverage various reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Conduct error analysis of digital products to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform ad-hoc projects, analyses, and reviews as required by senior management.
- Present findings and insights to senior leaders, providing recommendations for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT to drive business outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and improve reporting effectiveness, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Previous experience in the travel industry.
- Knowledge of coding and design best practices.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
