Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close large-scale IT projects using Waterfall or Agile methodologies, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, and proactively report project status and scorecard creation.
- Own project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and ensure timely and accurate project analysis and status updates.
- Lead and contribute to vendor selection and procurement activities, and develop resource and go-live operational plans to ensure project success.
- Prepare key documents, present business cases, and produce reports as needed to support project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation environment.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI, and/or SAFe Scrum Master Certification.
- Strong financial management skills, including comprehension of project financials, profit and loss, and budgeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead in a matrixed environment, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands.
Preferred Qualifications
