Job Overview
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager ETE Client Validation to join our team on a remote basis. This technical and leadership role is crucial to the success of our PBM Division, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen. As a Senior Manager ETE Client Validation, you will be responsible for planning and executing End-to-End (ETE) testing across various business functions and processes as part of new client implementations on CVS Health Systems and Platforms. This role demands a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of technical and business operations, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client partners to strategize, scope, plan, and schedule ETE testing for new business implementations on CVS Health PBM systems.
- Review test environment capabilities, identify gaps, and engage IT to build those gaps to meet client expectations for ETE testing.
- Provide technical solutions and workarounds to optimize test environment building cost and time.
- Develop a test data management strategy that meets client expectations and complies with HIPAA and security obligations.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing direction, support, and guidance across 18+ functional work streams involved in ETE testing.
- Work closely with the IT Production Support team to manage testing issues and showstoppers.
- Engage with Business and IT work stream leads for defect triaging and fixing.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and provide metrics on Business Validation planning and test execution processes, driving improvements and optimizations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing benchmarked solutions to complex technical projects and initiatives within your area of expertise.
- Organize cross-departmental application architectural solutions specific to Client Implementation Testing.
- Help build automation suites for integrated testing across Digital, Home Delivery, and Specialty systems to increase efficiency and reduce execution time and cost.
- Provide direction and support to various big data and analytics initiatives using emerging technologies.
- Act as the most senior technical contributor on strategic initiatives for Client Testing Process, Client Test Environment Building Projects, and Test Automation Building Projects.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in a highly complex technology and business environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing cross-functional teams, including external vendors and clients.
- Knowledge of ETE Business Validation processes and certification methods.
- Strong team management skills, including planning, budgetary control, people management, and process management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of AI/ML and its implementation in Business Validation processes.
- Comparable work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
