Senior Manager, Network Product Management and Development

Description: • Contributes to the product portfolio for Network and Healthcare Vertical Solutions, conducting market analysis and driving new product development • Provides expertise and thought leadership; contributes to strategic planning, market research, and cross-functional collaboration • Develops product requirements and roadmaps and incorporates customer feedback into product strategy • Plans decommissioning of underperforming products/features with proactive communication and customer impact alternatives • Collects and analyzes customer feedback to align deliverables with client needs • Manages development projects to timelines, budgets, and company objectives and identifies technical risks and contingencies • Collaborates cross-functionally to generate new product ideas from customer input and industry trends • Develops long-term vision and strategy for products and communicates plans to stakeholders • Acts as subject matter expert within Product Management and Development and may support sales teams • Interprets legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or enhancements Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years experience in product management in healthcare • Strong knowledge in MS office • Experience with healthcare marketing, communications, and/or implementation (preferred) • Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of professional work experience and education Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • Eligible for bonus, commission or short-term incentive program • Award target in company equity award program • No-cost programs: wellness screenings, tobacco cessation, weight management programs, confidential counseling, financial coaching • Benefit solutions: paid time off, flexible work schedules, family leave, dependent care resources, colleague assistance programs, tuition assistance, retiree medical access, and other benefits depending on eligibility • For more information: Apply tot his job
