Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Reporting and Dashboards: Design, develop, and deploy marketing reports and dashboards using Tableau Online, Tableau CRM, and standard SFDC reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights for business stakeholders.
- Data Management: Develop and manage data sources/tables within Tableau and Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and scalability.
- Advance Reporting Standards: Maintain and advance reporting and dashboard development standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.
- Trend Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze data to identify trends, proactively offering recommendations to changes in process or marketing mix that drive business growth.
- Quality Control: Confirm the accuracy of presented data through thorough QC processes, ensuring data reliability and trustworthiness.
- Reporting Requirements Gathering: Gather reporting requirements from marketing, sales, and partner teams, translating them into technical requirements and sharing them with the Marketing Operations team to inform the roadmap.
- Enablement and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and enablement paths for the greater business, ensuring that stakeholders understand and can leverage marketing reports, dashboards, and data effectively.
- Partner Impact Reporting: Help develop methodologies for reporting partner impact on pipeline, ensuring alignment with standards in place for the greater business.
- Unified Data Dictionary Maintenance: Maintain the Unified Data Dictionary, serving as the central hub for terminology and field and data use cases across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong relationships with Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams as needed, driving collaboration and alignment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing reporting and forecasting for Marketing or Sales Operations, with a strong background in predictive modeling.
- Expertise in Tableau and Salesforce: Expert-level understanding and practical experience with Tableau Online, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce objects and relationships, as well as reporting.
- SQL and SOQL Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and SOQL coding languages, with the ability to write efficient and effective queries.
- Advanced Skills in PostgreSQL, Python, and R: Advanced skills in PostgreSQL, Python, and R, with the ability to apply these skills to drive business insights.
- Apex Coding Experience: Apex coding experience is a plus, but not required.
- Certifications: Certifications are a plus, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and expertise.
- EST Time Zone: Located in the EST time zone, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.
- Work Samples or Portfolio: A work sample or portfolio is required, showcasing your skills and experience in marketing data analysis.
