Our main channel is currently Instagram, and we are looking to expand to TikTok and other platforms. We need someone who can plan and execute content that is adaptable across various social media platforms.

Job Description

• Research and create a TikTok content plan

• Shoot and produce content alongside the founders

• Coordinate participation of creators or clients for specific videos

Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Open to feedback from founders

• Strong work ethic and alignment with startup culture

• Proactive and clear communicator

Salary and Setup

• Starting hourly-based, may shift to output-based

• Open to part-time or full-time

• Flexibility for hybrid work setup; training will be mostly onsite (MAKATI)

• Negotiable based on performance and output
