    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Research and partner with departments to address high-profile issues and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents
  • Provide updates and communications to leadership regarding incident handling and resolutions
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving customer resolution processes
